1. Appointments & Deposits
All tattoo appointments may require a deposit to secure the booking.
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled by the studio.
Rescheduling may be permitted with sufficient notice (minimum 48 hours recommended).
Failure to attend your appointment or providing late notice may result in loss of deposit.
2. Age Restrictions
Clients must be aged 18 or over to receive a tattoo.
Valid photographic ID may be required before any appointment.
3. Medical Conditions
Clients must inform the studio of any medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, medications, or blood-borne illnesses before treatment.
Apollo Collective Tattoo Studio reserves the right to refuse treatment where deemed unsafe.
4. Tattoo Design Approval
Clients are responsible for checking spelling, placement, sizing, and design approval before tattooing begins.
Once approved and tattooing has started, changes may not be possible.
5. Aftercare
Aftercare instructions must be followed carefully.
The studio is not responsible for complications caused by failure to follow aftercare advice.
6. Touch-Ups
Touch-ups are offered at the discretion of the artist and may incur additional charges depending on healing, placement, or client aftercare.
7. Liability
While all reasonable care and hygiene procedures are followed, Apollo Collective Tattoo Studio accepts no responsibility for:
allergic reactions,
poor healing due to client aftercare,
fading or distortion over time,
pre-existing skin conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, branding, designs, photographs, and website content remain the property of Apollo Collective Tattoo Studio unless otherwise agreed.
9. Website Usage
You agree not to:
misuse the website,
attempt unauthorised access,
copy or reproduce website content without permission.
